It depends on scope. A focused chatbot or automation usually takes 1 to 3 weeks. A custom web platform or Android app is typically 4 to 10 weeks. You get the timeline in writing before work starts.
How much does it cost?
Every project is quoted after a free discovery call, once we understand what you need. You get a fixed, itemised quote up front, so there are no surprise bills halfway through.
Do we own the code and the data?
Yes. Once the project is paid for, the source code, accounts and data are yours. We hand everything over with documentation, so you are never locked in to us.
Will it work with the tools we already use?
Usually, yes. We connect to CRMs, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, payment gateways, spreadsheets and most tools that have an API. If something cannot be connected, we tell you on the first call.
Is our data safe when you use AI?
We send AI models only the data a task needs, keep keys and personal data out of prompts and logs, and can run sensitive workloads on your own infrastructure when required.
What happens after launch?
We monitor the system, fix issues and keep improving it as your usage grows. Ongoing support is available monthly or on demand.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We are based in Kolkata and work with clients worldwide over video calls and shared project boards, with flexible hours for overlap.
