Disclaimer
The limits of what our educational content is, and is not.
1. Educational purpose
All Content published by HackWithPro — Courses, Store Products, articles, code samples and templates — is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It reflects our experience and our opinions at the time of publication.
2. Not professional advice
Nothing we publish is financial, investment, legal, tax, medical or career advice, and it must not be treated as a substitute for a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. Where our material touches money, compliance or health, treat it as background reading and get advice specific to your situation before acting.
3. No guarantee of results
We make no guarantee of any particular outcome — no job, no salary, no promotion, no client, no revenue, no exam or certification pass. Any figure, case study or example outcome mentioned in our material is illustrative, not typical, and not a projection of what you will achieve. Your results depend on your effort, your background, your market and factors none of us control.
4. Lawful and authorised use only
Some of our material covers security, automation, scraping and system internals. It is taught so you can build and defend systems competently. You agree to apply it only:
- On systems, accounts and data you own; or
- On systems you have explicit, written authorisation to test; and
- In compliance with all applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000
Unauthorised access to a computer system is a criminal offence in India and in most jurisdictions. We accept no responsibility or liability for anyone who misuses what we teach, and we will cooperate fully with lawful investigations.
5. Third-party tools and AI output
Our Courses reference third-party tools, libraries, APIs and models we do not own. Their pricing, availability, terms and behaviour can change without notice, and a workflow that works today may need adjustment later. Output generated by AI models can be wrong, out of date or biased — verify anything important before you rely on it, especially in production or in client work.
6. External links
We link to external resources for convenience. We do not control them, do not endorse everything on them, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
7. Accuracy and currency
Technology moves quickly. We update material where it matters, but we cannot promise that every screenshot, version number, price or menu path is current. If you spot something stale, tell us at pratik@hackwithpro.space — that feedback genuinely improves the courses.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on our Content, including loss of profit, data or business. Our overall liability is limited as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
