Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and us when you buy a course or a digital product.
1. Who we are
HackWithPro ("we", "us", "our") is an AI and automation studio based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, founded by Pratik Naiya. We operate hackwithpro.in, which includes HackWithPro Academy (online courses) and the HackWithPro Store (downloadable digital products such as ebooks, templates, prompt packs and toolkits).
These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and us. By creating an account, buying anything, or otherwise using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Definitions
- Course — a structured set of video, document and text lessons delivered through our online player.
- Product — a digital item sold through the Store and delivered as a download or an online read.
- Content — Courses, Products, and everything else we publish on the site.
- Order — a completed purchase recorded against your account.
3. Eligibility and your account
You need an account to buy or access anything. You must be at least 16 years old to create one. If you are under 18, use the site with a parent or guardian's involvement and consent.
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything that happens under your account. Register with details that are accurate and current — your receipts, download links and access notices all go to the email address on your account, and we cannot help you recover a purchase attached to an address you do not control.
Accounts are limited to 2 active devices at a time. Signing in on a new device signs out your oldest session. This exists to stop account sharing, not to inconvenience you; you can see and revoke your own sessions from Account & devices.
4. Your licence to Course content
When you enrol, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view the Course content for your own learning, for the access period stated on the Course page.
You may not:
- Share your login, or let anyone else use your account
- Download, record, screen-capture, re-upload or redistribute any lesson
- Sell, resell, sub-licence, rent or publicly display the content
- Remove or obscure the watermark identifying you as the licensed viewer
- Use the content to build a competing course or training product
- Use automated tools to scrape, mirror or bulk-download the platform
Every lesson view is logged, and each video and document carries a watermark with your name, email address and IP address. If we find our content circulating, we can trace it. Breaching this section terminates your access without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue damages and to report the matter where the law requires it.
Code samples, exercise files and templates supplied with a Course are yours to use in your own projects, commercial ones included. The teaching material — video, notes, slides — is not.
5. Your licence to Store products
Digital Products are licensed, not sold. On payment we grant you a perpetual, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Product, subject to the type of Product:
| Product type | You may | You may not |
|---|---|---|
| Ebooks, guides, reports | Read them, print a copy for your own use, quote short extracts with attribution | Re-upload, resell, distribute, or share the file |
| Templates, notebooks, prompt packs, toolkits | Use and adapt them in your own work and in paid client work | Resell or redistribute them as a template, packaged or repackaged |
| Bundles | Whatever the licence of each included item allows | Split the bundle up and distribute the parts |
The licence covers one person or one company seat. If you need a team or organisation licence, email us and we will quote for it. Files may carry an invisible marker tied to your Order so a leaked copy can be traced back to its source.
